Invitation to Exhibit







Interaction Australasia invites interested parties to participate as exhibitors at Trade Show 2010 which is part of the IBM users conference - Interaction 2010.

Trade Show 2010

The Trade Show will provide an excellent opportunity to exhibit directly to approximately 70-80 managers and technical professionals who work in the IBM systems environments. Participation as an exhibitor is open to organisations involved in the development, manufacture or distribution of products and services that complement or enhance the effective use of IBM systems technology.

Exhibitors are required to be members of Interaction Australasia. If necessary, membership may be arranged in conjunction with registering as an exhibitor at Trade Show 2010.

Membership also entitles exhibitors to participate in Interaction's regional meetings & other events throughout the year.



Exhibiting at Trade Show 2010 will be of particular interest to:

  • Service and Support Providers

The Conference

Interaction 2010 will provide top class education and networking opportunities to managers and technical professionals working with IBM systems. This event will be the most extensive education and networking event of its kind in Australasia. Venue

The Kangan Institute at Broadmeadows is a superb venue to present and market your products and/or services. The quality of this splendid venue assists us in attracting delegates to this premier event for managers and technical professionals working with IBM systems.

As with past years' conferences,  the coffee breaks and lunches on both days will be held in the Trade Show area.

Trade Show 2010 Costs

Booths
Display Stations may be purchased individually or in combination and the costs are shown below. Participation in Expo 2010 is open to members of Interaction. Organisations that are not already members may participate by completing the non-member section of the application form. The form will then be accepted also as an application for membership for the following 12 months.

Costs - including GST -

Display Station = $990.00

A display station comprises a table and 2 chairs - access to power.

Expo staff badges
One per exhibitor - these allow  access to the coffee breaks and lunches on both days.

Trade Show 2010 Timetable

Monday 20 September 2010
Noon - 5:30pm Move in Exhibitor goods and equipment

Tuesday 21 September 2010
8:00am - 5:30pm Trade show open to delegates

Wednesday 22 September 2010
8:00am - 4.30pm Trade show open to delegates
4.30pm Move out

Non-delegates may attend the trade show between 2.00pm and 4.15pm.

Booking and Payment

Display Stations will be allocated in order of receipt of Exhibitor Application Forms accompanied by full payment. Please indicate booth preferences on your application form. Application forms returned without payment will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment may be made by cheque, payable to Interaction Australasia, or credit card authorised on the application form. Application Forms are available from the Event Manager.

Please note that all bookings are subject to and conditional upon the Exhibitor Terms, Conditions and Rules set out on the form which Exhibitors should carefully read.

Competitions

Interaction Competition:
Interaction will hold a "Passport" competition that will encourage delegates to visit individual displays and this competition will have an attractive prize.
